On Monday June 14th our daughter Jenica graduated from The University of Oregon, “Congratulations,” with a BS in Journalism. We were there to watch and take a few photographs of her during and after her graduation ceremony. Post processing was done with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. Here is a shot from grad day.
On Wednesday June 9th we photographed Jenifer who graduated from PCC on Friday the 11th “Congratulations!” in our Tigard studio. Jenifer brought her sisters with her and did great in her photo session. Her sisters even join her is a few of the photographs there was lots of laughing making for a very fun shoot. On Saturday March 20th we photographed Katherine and Jeremy at Waterfront Park downtown Portland. We took advantage of the cherry blossoms, the Steel Bridge and the park to make some beautiful images that afternoon. On Saturday March 6th we did an engagement photo session for Ashley and Michael at Summer Lake Park in Tigard. We had fun even had a few laughs and made some beautiful images as we walked around the park late that afternoon. On Friday February 19th the jazz duo 2jazzguitars, Barry Glick and Jim Putman, came in for a photo session. We had some fun, a few laughs and made a nice selection of images as they played a few licks and posed for the camera. The Prettyman Family came in for a family portrait session we had a blast and the family warmed up to the camera quickly. Shooting tethered helped as they got to see the results right away. I used Alien Bees for main and fill the background lights were Nikon SB800s. Post processing done with Photoshop CS4 and Nik Software’s Color Efex Pro.

We did some fun family photographs a couple weeks ago with our daughter Jenica and our son’s girlfriend Melanie. I used two Alien Bees flashes in front (main and fill) and a Nikon SB800 for hair light and a second Nikon SB800 to light the background. Post processing was done with Photoshop CS4 and Topaz Lab’s Adjust.

We photographed Dina in advance of her Bat Mitzvah. Dina and her mom came to our studio on Saturday the 10th to make photos for use at her Bat Mitzvah which we will be covering for them. Dina was great in front of the camera and we were easily able to capture the looks she wanted. Here is one of many fun photos we make that day.
